  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that glass containers and candles are securely padded to prevent breakage.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure the return label is attached.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
